How You’ll Make an Impact
The Head of CX & DX Growth is a dynamic, strategic leader responsible for shaping and implementing a growth-focused vision that accelerates new logo acquisition, expands market presence, and drives long-term revenue through Epsilon's comprehensive Digital Experience Services portfolio.
This role demands a seasoned leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings deep expertise in professional and managed services in digital media and marketing technology, excels at hands-on selling, and has a proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams once success is demonstrated.
What You’ll Achieve
- Partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and implement a forward-looking business development strategy aligned with the company's revenue objectives and long-term growth vision across all Digital Experience Services offerings.
- Drive sales efforts across Epsilon's three core service pillars:
- Digital Transformation: enterprise tech & data strategy, customer experience modernization, generative AI strategy, organization & process design
- Customer Experience: audience insights & analytics, personalization & offer strategy, loyalty program strategy, journey & campaign orchestration
- Technology Enablement: web & mobile development, campaign automation, marketing automation, AI & machine learning services
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive opportunities, shifting customer needs, and competitive dynamics to refine positioning and influence business development strategies.
- Personally identify, qualify, and cultivate high potential prospects.
- Directly close complex, high-value deals across priority industries including Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Financial Services, Retail, CPG, Automotive, Restaurants, and Telecom/Media/Entertainment.
- Own the end-to-end sales process—from market segmentation and strategic outreach to pipeline development, proposal creation, client presentations, deal structuring, and close for services engagements spanning strategy consulting through technology implementation.
- Establish and optimize sales processes, pipeline management practices, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics that can scale as the business grows.
- Build personal credibility and a proven track record of success in net new logo acquisition that will serve as the foundation for future team building.
- Upon demonstrating success in net new sales acquisition, recruit, build, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development organization across multiple verticals, instilling a culture of accountability, innovation, and results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, services leadership, product, and client engagement teams to ensure alignment on messaging, value proposition, and go-to-market execution across Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, and Technology Enablement service lines.
Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, revenue, or enterprise sales in digital marketing and advertising technology within professional services space.
- Proven track record in high-value, complex professional services deals, with demonstrated success of sourcing and closing net new business acquisition and revenue growth in digital transformation, customer experience design, and marketing technology.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams after establishing personal success and credibility through direct sales achievements.
- Results-driven, action-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments—able to quickly assess opportunities, pivot strategies, and execute decisively across multiple service offerings while operating independently.
- Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence, known for leading with influence, clarity, and conviction—even amid ambiguity and change.
- Deep-rooted relationships across Professional and Managed Services in the AdTech and MarTech ecosystems, paired with strong ability to position comprehensive digital experience services, customer experience transformation, and technology enablement solutions to executive decision-makers and C-suite leaders.
- Experience in selling Agency and CRM Services with Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, SAP, Databricks, Sitecore or other industry-leading MarTech platforms, including Epsilon product integration, analytics, implementation and operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling services that span the full spectrum from strategy (digital transformation, AI strategy, customer experience modernization) through execution (loyalty programs, journey orchestration, campaign automation, web/mobile development).
- Deep understanding of services that modernize marketing investments including enterprise tech & data strategy, customer experience design, personalization & offer strategy, journey & campaign orchestration, and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with technology enablement services including web & mobile development, campaign automation platforms, AI & machine learning applications, and data/analytics environments.
- Vertical versatility with experience selling across industries including Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Technology, Media & Entertainment, QSR/Restaurants, Retail, CPG, Automotive, Financial Services, and Nonprofits, with tailored messaging to align with specific industry challenges.
- Ability to position and articulate the value of integrated service offerings that deliver efficient, effective, data-driven, and meaningful marketing outcomes for clients.
- Entrepreneurial approach with comfort operating as an individual contributor while simultaneously building the foundation for future team growth and scale.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence with ability to articulate complex service offerings and their business value at the highest levels.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support business development activities.

Base Salary: $275,000 - $365,000
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
