Overview
We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to lead best-in-class paid social delivery for one of our flagship global clients. This role works across multiple markets and teams, with strong support, clear processes, and collaborative ways of working.
You’ll be hands-on across major social platforms, owning campaign structures, performance delivery, and testing roadmaps, while also supporting and developing two junior team members.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Paid Social Strategy & Activation
Plan, activate, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, X, and emerging platforms.
Build media plans focused on delivery performance first, with innovation where it can genuinely add value.
Define clear campaign structures that drive performance and enable effective reporting and insights.
- Performance, Testing & Innovation
Lead test-and-learn initiatives, platform betas, and new format trials.
Turn performance data into clear insights and actions, not just reports.
- Client & Stakeholder Management (Global Account)
Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for a global, multi-market account.
Present weekly updates, QBRs, and forward-looking recommendations to clients and central HUB teams.
Work collaboratively with teams across markets to keep activity aligned and running smoothly.
- Organisation, Planning & Operations
Keep campaigns organised and running smoothly across markets.
Look after day-to-day delivery while having an eye on what’s coming up next.
Manage your time well and support the team in staying on top of priorities.
Take pride in accurate campaign setup and budget management.
Flag issues early so they can be solved together.
Support and mentor two junior team members across planning, activation, and reporting.
Help the team balance day-to-day delivery with future planning and development.
Lead by example with clear communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
About You
• Experience across paid social strategy and activation in an agency or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok, plus exposure to platforms such as Reddit, Snapchat, or X.
• Comfortable working across global, multi-market accounts in a structured, collaborative way.
• Confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Organised, calm under pressure, and good at prioritising work.
• Curious, proactive, and motivated by testing, learning, and innovation.
