The Opportunity
We’re looking for a senior, commercially driven sales lead to grow our leading partnership and drive test activity into the market. The focus is on opening doors, building a pipeline, and converting opportunities into pilot campaigns across the partner’s client base and key agency groups.
What You’ll Own
Revenue & Strategy
- Own activation revenue and deliver against targets
- Build a pipeline, forecast accurately, and convert opportunities into live test campaigns
- Turn early pilots into repeatable revenue streams
Partners & Clients
- Lead the commercial relationship with partners’ sector teams, co-selling into their client base
- Grow agency relationships, with a focus on expanding our primary hold-co and opening others
- Champion the commercial story for cultural targeting
Sales Enablement
- Create focused pitch materials, case studies, and ROI narratives that help close deals
- Turn insight and data into clear commercial opportunities
- Support the development of a scalable sales approach
Required Qualifications
Essential
- 5+ years in senior B2B sales or strategic account growth roles
- Strong understanding of how major agency groups buy and activate programmatic media
- Proven track record of driving revenue through new business and account expansion
- Able to translate data into compelling commercial propositions
- Strategic thinker who is hands-on and execution-focused
Preferred
- Experience in adtech, audience targeting, and data-driven media
- Agency-side strategy, planning, or business development background
What We Offer
- £55,000–£70,000 base + commission
- Hybrid working, with regular London travel
