The Role
We’re looking for an Ad Tech Solutions Architect to own the technical onboarding and long-term success of Ribeye customers. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and client success by translating customer workflows into tailored platform configurations and ensuring Ribeye integrates seamlessly into customers’ existing systems.
You’ll be the technical expert clients trust, responsible for configuring the platform, aligning Ribeye’s capabilities to real-world business processes, and solving integration challenges along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical onboarding for new customers, from discovery through go-live
- Configure and customize the Ribeye platform to match customer workflows, business rules, and operational needs
- Map Ribeye capabilities to customers’ internal systems, including ad servers, CRMs, billing, analytics, and data warehouses
- Design and implement integrations using APIs, data feeds, and automation tools
- Act as the technical point of contact during onboarding and complex implementations
- Partner closely with Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions and escalate issues when needed
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions and documentation
- Support customers post-launch with advanced configuration, optimization, and platform enhancements
- Identify common patterns and feedback to help shape product roadmap and best practices
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years experience in ad tech, martech, or SaaS solutions engineering / implementation roles
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (ad servers, programmatic, data flows, reporting)
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines (REST, JSON, CSV, etc.)
- Comfortable working with customer workflows, system architecture, and technical documentation
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and client teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience working with publishers, agencies, or media operations teams
- Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), CRMs, or billing systems
- SQL or data analysis experience
- Prior experience in onboarding or professional services roles
