Volunteer: Partnerships Lead
Hours: 4 hours per week (variable)

Location: Remote but some in person events
About The Women in Programmatic Network:
The Women in Programmatic Network is dedicated to fostering a supportive and empowering community for women working in the programmatic advertising industry. We aim to connect, educate, and inspire our members through various initiatives and events.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Lead to spearhead our engagement with corporate and community partners. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable growth, expanding our impact, and ensuring our programmes are well-resourced and aligned with industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead our partnership strategy, aligned with TWIPNs goals.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across tech, education, and social impact sectors.
- Build long-term, values-aligned relationships with funders, sponsors, and collaborators
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring excellent stewardship and engagement.
- Facilitate cross-sector collaborations that support programme delivery and innovation.
- Represent TWIPN at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Work closely with the fundraising and programmes teams to secure financial and in-kind support.
- Develop compelling partnership proposals, presentations, and impact reports.
- Track and report on partnership performance, impact, and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic sector and social impact landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results.
- Passion for gender equity and inclusion in technology..
