The Women in Programmatic Network is dedicated to fostering a supportive and empowering community for women working in the programmatic advertising industry. We aim to connect, educate, and inspire our members through various initiatives and events.
Role Overview:
The Women in Programmatic Network (TWIPN) is seeking a passionate and skilled volunteer to join our team as a Research Manager. This vital role will involve conducting research to inform our strategic initiatives, with an initial focus on understanding company policies and practices around paternity leave within the industry. The insights generated will help us identify areas for advocacy and support, ultimately contributing to a more balanced workplace for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute research projects to gather data on key industry topics, with an initial focus on paternity leave policies and best practices.
- Analyze collected data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Produce clear, concise, and visually appealing research reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate closely with the Communications Team to effectively disseminate research findings to the TWIPN network and stakeholders.
- Work independently to manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in research design, data collection, and analysis.
- Experience in programmatic advertising
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, charting, and formula application.
- Strong ability to create professional and aesthetically pleasing reports and presentations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen interest in promoting diversity and inclusion within the programmatic advertising industry.
