About the Role
We’re looking for smart, motivated early-career candidates who are eager to learn and contribute, and who have a basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role working across a mix of projects, including product, data, and internal tools. You’ll be supported with mentorship while contributing to real, live systems used by customers.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to building and improving products and internal tools
- Identify issues and help implement solutions
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams
- Support testing, documentation, and process improvements
- Help automate and streamline workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience (internships, academic, or personal projects count)
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
- Comfort working with technical tools or learning them quickly
- Clear communication and ability to work in a team
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts
Nice to have: Exposure to programming, data, or APIs; familiarity with digital advertising ecosystems
