Following continued success and expansion, we are looking for a driven, organised individual to grow our Leadscale Engine publisher client base alongside delivering a world class client service. You will be developing a lucrative practice with our publisher clients and nurturing our reputation within the publisher community. We have an objective of achieving 100+ publisher partners and are seeking the 100 best possible from a pool of thousands. You will be responsible for helping solve problems, designing and developing workflows and relationship management practices which support this overall objective.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable account management & business development experience, preferably from within the martech/adtech space.

We run hybrid operations, however the effective performance of this specific role requires in-person and ad-hoc collaboration with the CEO. So, you are expected to attend the office 5 days a week for the first 6 months, and 4 days a week thereafter.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and growing our publisher client base.
The strategic and operational management of a portfolio of publisher clients, providing world class account management.
Outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow up to acquire new publisher clients.
Identifying publisher client opportunities that strategically expand our reach and market presence.
Nurturing strong publisher client relationships including effective communication and query management.
Monitoring publisher client account performance, providing detailed updates to publisher clients and management.
Undertaking reporting, forecasting and analysis in accordance with our processes and management requirements.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective publisher client integration and support.
Negotiating licence agreements, contracts, and renewals.
Developing and maintaining our reputation in the publisher community.
Being a Leadscale Engine subject matter expert and driving adoption of Leadscale Engine solutions across your portfolio of publisher clients.
Maintaining an excellent understanding of publisher client needs and providing internal feedback to support Leadscale Engine product roadmap.
Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
Championing global industry standards
Identifying and implementing process improvements to maximise output quality through internal efficiency.

ISO 27001 Information Security Responsibilities:

Complying with our Leadscale Engine ISO 27001 ISMS and related policies.
Reporting information security vulnerabilities, events, and incidents in line with the ISMS incident reporting process.

What we are looking for in you:

Demonstrable account management and business development experience.
Project management skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Power user of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word. You can handle VLOOKUP’s, PivotTables, and the like without breaking a sweat.
Methodical with good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
An appreciation for technology being 'digitally native' and able to quickly learn new technical processes and platforms.
Good understanding of data driven marketing.
Comfortable with CRM software (ideally Pipedrive)
Minimum Level 6 qualifications/their equivalent
The ability to focus on your performance and deliver results.
Friendly with the desire and ability to co-operate and build relationships with others
The motivation and ability to add value to internal/external customers by understanding, meeting, and exceeding their needs.
The desire to learn and share knowledge.
