THE ROLE
The Insights & Creator Executive will support our teams in the delivery of reports, working across social listening, social research, data and more. They will also work closely with Creators, researching, identifying, quantifying and communicating. This is an integral role to the agency, translating brand challenges into effective social solutions.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Insights Support
Day to day rundown of the role and support required:
•Main focus on retained clients and their Insight deliverables
•Pulling data for retained clients, including ad hoc requests
•Creating reports for retained clients, including but not limited to: Pluto UK, Pluto
DE, Tubi, Disney+ and USwitch
•Research for ad hoc projects and new business requirements
•Working closely with the Senior Insights Manager across all deliverables and
projects to ensure high standard of outputs and to build knowledge/expertise
•Working alongside SMM's and AD's daily to fulfill client requests
•Working alongside Senior Social Strategist to inform strategy with insights
•Advanced use of Excel to manipulate data - we use spreadsheets to track the
performance of all of our clients
• Regular usage of tools, such as Iconosquare, GWI and Waldo
•Building on both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
Creator Support
•Will be responsible for executing the strategy laid out by Delivery and Scale team
•Tasked with researching talent that will hit the campaign objectives
•Working with Account/Scale team to define the niches for each creator
•Providing insight and detail for Account/Scale team to take to the client in order to run the campaign
•Using relevant tools to find and assess talent
•Using relevant tools to compile data, research, insight to support campaign
direction
•Performing outreach and staying on comms with talent/agents throughout
campaign
•Input in briefing and ideation of campaign deliverables with Scale and Accounts
teams
•Compiling data and insight that will form the basis of PCAs - working alongsidethe Senior Insights Manager to create reports that are second to none
ABOUT YOU
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a digital marketing or media
agency.
● Good knowledge and understanding of media planning, strategy and reporting.
● Proven use and knowledge of platform native analytics tools, such as Meta
Business Suite.
● Up to date with the social media landscape and actively interested in their
evolutions, including updates to channels and their algorithms
● Able to demonstrate evidence of your analytical skills.
● Digitally savvy and able to understand and engage on Social Media platforms.
● Understand the different types of communication by platform (X vs TikTok etc.).
You should be conversant with abbreviations, platform-specific words, and
acronyms.
● Efficiently able to deliver tasks whilst working independently, but also equally
happy working as part of a team.
● Great time management; must be enthusiastic and ready to dive into multiple
projects within a given period, understanding the importance of deadlines.
● Excellent communication skills. Experience presenting to clients or external
stakeholders is a plus.
● Eager to learn and upskill.
● Up to date skills in the Microsoft suite, including the ability to build presentation
decks and manipulate Excel spreadsheets.
● Experience working with social analytical platforms, such as Brandwatch, Emplifi
or Iconosquare, is a bonus.
● Experience working with email marketing platforms, such as Brevo or Mailchimp, is a bonus.
