ABOUT THIS JOB
We are looking for a motivated entry-level Paralegal to join our International Legal & Data Ethics Team, based in our London office. This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate (LLB) who is looking to gain practical, hands-on legal experience in a fast-moving and innovative tech environment.
Reporting to the EU Head of Legal and working closely with the Senior Legal & Privacy Counsel (London), you will support legal & data privacy operations across multiple jurisdictions, including those within the remit of the International Legal & Data Ethics Team (UK, EU, LATAM, APAC, and MENA). This is a unique opportunity to develop your legal & privacy skills across a broad range of subject areas, from commercial contracts to data privacy, and build a solid foundation for a future legal career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Legal Support: Assist the Legal & Data Ethics team with a wide variety of day-to-day legal matters across UK, EU, LATAM, MENA and APAC markets.
- Contracts: Support the drafting, review, and administration of commercial agreements, including NDAs, Solutions agreements and DPAs.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal and regulatory research in areas such as commercial, technology, AI and data protection law across different jurisdictions.
- Administrative Support: Support in maintaining legal templates, updating internal documentation, assisting with document execution and filing, and contract lifecycle management.
- Privacy & Compliance: Contribute to data protection compliance efforts, including assisting with product assessment and governance work and monitoring changes in global privacy laws (e.g. UK/EU GDPR).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Product, InfoSec, and Compliance to facilitate legal & data privacy workflows and approvals.
- Global Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in supporting international legal & data ethics operations under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
- Completed LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree from a UK university (or equivalent).
- Genuine interest in commercial law, data privacy, and technology law.
- Clear, professional communication skills – written and verbal.
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (G Suite),including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Drive, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and being able to adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
Desirable:
- Previous legal internship or paralegal experience (especially in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising sectors).
- Familiarity with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and international data protection laws.
- Interest in or exposure to the Ad Tech or digital marketing ecosystem.
- Experience of working with Legal workflow and AI tools (e.g. Ironclad, Ivo, etc).
- Additional languages (particularly Spanish language) are a plus, but not essential for this role.
