Responsibilities
What you'll be doing......
• Lead the response to client briefs, crafting innovative and performance-driven media plans across Programmatic Display, Video, DOOH, Audio, Retail, and Social platforms, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Design and implement advanced audience and targeting strategies for proposals, driving real-time consumer engagement and delivering measurable results across various business KPIs.
• Maintain and manage sales pipeline, ensuring timely distribution of briefs, plans, collateral, and sign-offs to agencies, activation teams, and media partners.
• Collaborate closely with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all successful activations, maintaining financial integrity and transparency.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing agency stakeholders, becoming an expert in APEX capabilities and driving enthusiasm for our product offerings.
• Provide day-to-day support across key agency clients, taking sole responsibility for managing a number of new and developing agency clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and growth.
• Coordinate with agency teams to collect and provide necessary campaign launch items to internal and external activation teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and delivery.
• Ensure 100% accuracy within Salesforce of booked, pipeline, and forecasts, adhering to best practices, naming conventions, and data standards, and managing agency and client Salesforce dashboards.
• Mentor and provide training and support to new hires and Digital Strategy Executives, sharing knowledge and best practices to develop a high-performing team.
Within 6 months, you could be managing your own portfolio of clients and confidently selling the APEX value proposition across agencies and partners.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
• Familiar with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Programmatic Display, Online Video, DOOH, Audio, YouTube, Social, and Retail Media.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies and insights to clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
