Overview
The Programmatic Senior Account Executive is responsible for programmatic campaign implementation, working to support the Programmatic Manager.
OneProgrammatic works across a variety of programmatic executions, including running self-serve campaigns on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and operational set ups & reporting when working with our internal partners APEX and Epsilon. OneProgrammatic trading covers Display, Online Video, YouTube, Connected TV (CTV) and Broadcast Video on Demand (BVOD).
Responsibilities
- Brilliant Operational execution – Setting up and optimising campaigns from start to finish including building trafficking sheets, working with operation teams and solving finance queries relating to platforms such as Campaign Manager (CM360), Verification partners such as IAS & Double Verify and DSPs.
- Reporting & PCA support – Supporting the implementation of tracking to conduct regular reporting and to support the creation of PCAs.
- QAs – Quality checking the implementation of every campaign set up, ensuring that all margin for error is significantly reduced or non-existent.
Qualifications
- Understanding of key metrics and dimensions relating to the client's business and marketing success measures.
- Meticulously and critically review data to ensure high-quality inputs and outputs.
- Willing to seek solutions to improve data quality and raises issues to their manager if a solution cannot be found.

- Has a high attention to detail when practicing quality assurance and due diligence.
- Has certified proficiency in media platforms and software relevant to daily work.
- Accurately uses technology to execute daily work.
- Tests beta features where this is a benefit to the client's account.
- Accurately activates media activities, and quality assures outputs.
- Proactively learns and understands the core concepts of all media channels.
- Demonstrates curiosity about the broader media landscape by learning about industry developments and challenges.
- Follow agency processes conscientiously and understands the consequences of not following processes.
- Effectively communicate the execution of processes, asking questions and highlighting any issues to their manager.
- Effectively execute Financial Quality Assurance (if working with paid media and/or finance booking systems).
- Recognise their contribution to their team and the agency.
- Demonstrate self-awareness, self-motivation, and proactiveness.
- Strive to improve on weaknesses to achieve their maximum potential.
- Engage in training through Performics capability, L&D, and industry partners.
