JOB SUMMARY
What you will do
- Own and grow senior relationships across key media agencies and/or clients
- Take responsibility for delivering and growing revenue across your patch
- Work across multiple teams and levels within agencies — from planners and buyers through to Business Directors and Heads of Investment
- Build broad, multi-threaded relationships to unlock opportunities across different parts of each agency
- Identify and drive new revenue opportunities — whether that’s new briefs, new teams, or new ways of working
- Lead high-value pitches, responses, and commercial negotiations
- Stay hands-on and sleeves-up — this is a startup, so you’ll be in the detail, writing responses, chasing opportunities, and making things happen day to day
- Work closely with trading, and account management to deliver strong campaign outcomes
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping to raise the overall standard of the team
- Feed market insight back into the business to help shape how we sell and evolve
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Who You Are
- 7+ years experience in media or adtech sales
- Strong existing relationships within UK media agencies
- Proven track record of driving revenue and closing strategic deals
- Comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels
- Commercially sharp and confident, operating at senior levels
