About the role …

The Head of Solutions will be responsible for building and scaling the function that scopes, delivers, and supports Scope3 products across customer segments. You obsess over how the team drives partner success, developing colleagues, and systems thinking. You are passionate about decarbonization, collaboration, and scaled solutions.

You use data to develop actionable insights and opportunities to better support clients globally. You are a seasoned leader and expert of Scope3 offerings and solutions, as your team helps clients to translate emissions measurement into meaningful reduction in their carbon footprints.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader and operator, experienced in growing teams in the martech space, developing the next generation, while driving outcomes. You thrive in a start-up environment where everything moves fast, and creative solutioning is key.

Key responsibilities include..

Develop and execute a strategy for delivering best in class strategic consulting, enterprise platform integrations, and value generation at each phase of the customer lifecycle.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants, consistent with Scope3’s mission and values.
Proactively engage cross-functional partners to identify opportunities to deepen our partnerships and scale our offerings.
Deeply understand how our partners utilize our products and diagnose areas for improvement – relaying feedback to Product teams and refining the services.
Think systemically about all parts of the marketing technology value chain: brands, agencies, platforms, publishers, and broadcasters.

Experience you should have …

Building and scaling consulting and professional services teams.
Leading with an entrepreneurial and innovation mindset, comfortable working through an evolving business model and product opportunities.
Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people. Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, cloud providers, and web-based technologies.
Empowering clients and cross-functional partners through learning together.
Excellent presentation and communications skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of the martech landscape - ad tech and digital advertising is a plus.
