We’re looking for a dynamic Agency Lead to help drive Readpeak's expansion in the UK market. This is an exciting and pivotal role to truly establish yourself in a thriving business and make a tangible difference. As an Agency Lead at Readpeak, you will drive agency sales and build client relationships, tracking business opportunities, driving local marketing efforts, developing new strategic partnerships, and committing to our long-term objectives to meet our goals.
You will join a team specialized in programmatic native advertising that has not only built one of the most advanced native marketing platforms globally, but are also great people to work with. You would work closely with our Country Manager for UK, joining forces to build a growth story in the UK market.
- Drive revenue growth through creative, proactive sales strategies and impactful pitches.
- Position Readpeak as the trusted go-to partner within agencies, becoming their primary point of contact.
- Deeply understand the needs of agency teams across planning, trading, buying, and programmatic departments.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, ensuring sustained growth and long-term partnerships.
We expect you to have a proven track record and experience working in the UK ad-tech and/or media industry. Strategic business thinking combined with solid execution is needed for this role.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven success in digital media sales, ideally within native advertising, DSPs, or ad-tech environments.
- Strong existing agency and brand network
- In-depth understanding of the digital ecosystem, with particular expertise in programmatic advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting strategies externally and internally.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude, capable of strategic thinking, paired with hands-on execution.
- High energy, driven and collaborative - you're someone who loves being part of a growing, ambitious team.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.

Location: London office, hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
Bonus: 0%-30% based on quarterly performance
