Role: Account Executive

Role Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Paid Social team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing social media campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering outstanding results. This role involves collaborating closely with the Account Manager and other team members to support our retail clients in the clothing and homeware sectors.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and prompt responses to client inquiries.
- Prepare and participate in client meetings, including the creation of agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Support the Account Manager in understanding client goals and objectives, translating them into actionable media plans.
Media Planning and Buying:
- Collaborate with the media planning team to develop and implement media strategies that meet client objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of media plans, flowcharts, and buying schedules.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization.
Campaign Execution:
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Oversee the trafficking and implementation of media buys across various platforms.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare campaign performance reports, using data to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Monitor and track media expenditures to ensure alignment with client budgets.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support client strategies.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all client communications, plans, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of client billing and financial reconciliation.
- Handle any additional administrative tasks as needed to support the account team.
