The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales (UK) to lead our UK commercial efforts. You’ll own revenue generation, develop partnerships with brands and agencies, and help craft Chalice’s GTM strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with the opportunity to hire and build the UK sales team as we grow.
You'll be the second hire in the UK, working alongside the Managing Director, EMEA to lay the foundations of our regional business.
What You’ll Do
- Own UK revenue growth by identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building a repeatable, scalable sales strategy
- Build and nurture deep relationships with agency and brand stakeholders
- Translate advertiser challenges into AI-led solutions that drive performance
- Develop and evolve our go-to-market approach for the UK market
- Collaborate closely with product, solutions, and marketing teams to align strategy and execution
- Hire, lead, and mentor the UK sales team as we grow
- Represent Chalice externally with clarity, credibility, and energy
You Should Have
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising and ad tech
- Deep understanding of programmatic buying, DSPs, SSPs, identity, and measurement
- A strong personal network across UK agencies and brand advertisers
- Proven ability to drive revenue and close complex enterprise deals
- Experience working in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
- A consultative, creative and solutions-oriented mindset
- Desire to build, not just sell, and thrive in a high-trust, high-responsibility setting
- A no-ego, can-do attitude and a belief in the power of great people and great tech
