About Havas Paid Performance
Havas Paid Performance is our specialist activation team spanning PPC, Affiliates, Amazon and Retail Media. In Paid Performance, we service clients across the Network, acting as a central management function for all Havas brands, including Havas Media, Havas Entertainment and Havas Market. Our set up:
- 600+ team in 41 markets globally
- 50+ team in the UK – spanning London, Manchester, and Leeds
The Paid Performance Executive should have these skills:
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Interest in, and understanding of, digital media.
- A strong written and verbal communicator.
- Good numeracy skills and comfortable working in spreadsheets.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work under pressure and fastidious attention to detail.
- A high energy, positive, can-do person who is always looking for ways to improve what we do.
- A hunger to learn.
On the 6-month programme, you’ll:
- Work with 3 of the most recognisable brands in the world – one in the Retail Sector, one in the FMCG sector and the third in the automotive sector.
- Play a key role in running two styles of affiliate program - one for clients focused on driving sales and revenue and another for clients focused on driving leads.
- Develop a clear understanding of best practice approach to affiliate marketing.
- Along with your line manager and the wider affiliates team, be jointly responsible for the effective running of and performance of campaigns. This role is pivotal in providing the insight and data needed to drive performance improvements for this client.
- Support with analysis, campaign implementation, optimisation, delivery, and evaluation of affiliate campaigns.
- Manage daily spend using a budget tracker process and campaign optimisation, in line with targets and monthly budgets.
- Understand and plan campaigns and optimisations according to the business objectives of each client in a portfolio.
- Ensuring accurate reporting based on client specifications and KPI’s.
- In time, and with training, present performance updates to clients and internal teams on a regular basis.
- Propose new publisher recruitment opportunities to grow clients.
- Align with affiliates and affiliate platforms to make sure that all support tasks, such as newsletters, banner upload etc. are done efficiently and accurately.
- Book exposure/placements when there is a new campaign, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Put forward innovative test ideas to drive performance improvements, including new partners, technologies or solutions.
- Oversee accurate and timely billings and reconciliation.
- Keep up to date with the latest changes in the affiliate landscape to ensure your knowledge is always relevant and cutting edge.
- Deliver work within deadlines and within scope.
- Provide diligent, consistent attention to the management of administrative aspects of the job.
- Monitoring and analysing competitor activity through competitor monitoring technology and partner communication to provide rich insights and trends to clients.
