JOB TITLE: DE&I Platformer

Based in London’s King’s Cross – 26 different agencies make up the Havas UK Village. Our agencies are made up of three main groups, linking Creative, Media and Health services. We work with some of the most recognisable brands to form strategic and creative partnerships, guiding our clients towards their marketing and communication objectives. We are a bustling group of agencies filled with passionate individuals who all bring their own expertise and work together across varying teams and disciplines. We provide first-class services for our clients through a whole spectrum of agencies and departments, including; strategy, analytics, media planning, creative, design, social media, public relations, integrated marketing and much more.
We are looking for a Platformer with:
- Good planning and project management skills with good attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for writing and creating content.
- A team player, someone that loves to collaborate but can also be productive working alone.
- An understanding of marketing and internal communications would beneficial.
- Able to build strong relationships, engage with others and link people together.
- A passion for wanting to develop in designing and delivering training, but above all a desire for wanting to develop in this area.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong interest in societal events and issues is preferred.
- Able to multi-task and work with a variety of key stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on having different things to juggle!
On the 6 month programme, you’ll be involved in:
Category of work/project
- Provide support to the DE&I team across our All In Strategy and major projects to ensure our work has real impact.
- Contribute to internal inclusion initiatives on and offline, including focus groups, roundtable discussions and workshops.
- Work with colleagues to manage the DE&I calendar of events throughout the year.
- Maintain the DE&I hub of resources with up to date and relevant information.
- Conduct research activities in the DE&I space.
- Work with DE&I Partners and All In Ambassadors to deliver on agency action plans.
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annual DE&I reporting.
- Manage and maintaining our DE&I online social media pages.
- Create bespoke resources and content. Support in designing workshops and delivering innovative and blended learning solutions.
- Design internal marketing communications to promote and engage with our people and drive interest in our programmes and initiatives.
- Contribute and lead on key projects including Platform, Doorway and our work experience programmes.
- Be on top of programme budgets, financial tracking and payments. Work with the accounts team to ensure suppliers are set up and paid.
