Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Executive Recruiter to join our Talent team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring senior-level talent across creative, production, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in executive search, strong industry networks, and a consultative approach to partnering with senior stakeholders.
As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the leadership pipeline, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent aligned with our business goals and culture.
Responsibilities
Executive Search & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level roles across the organisation
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify high-calibre candidates
- Proactively map talent markets and build diverse pipelines of leadership talent
- Engage passive candidates through tailored outreach and relationship-building.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent trends, market insights, and hiring best practices
- Manage expectations and provide regular updates throughout the search process.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience for executive-level talent
- Lead structured interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
- Ensure alignment between candidate expectations and company's value proposition.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and talent movements
- Provide insights on compensation benchmarks and hiring challenges
- Contribute to employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure compliance with hiring processes
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows and executive search practices
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential searches
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Passion for talent, culture, and building high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- In-depth experience in recruiting within executive or senior-level hiring
- Proven track record of successfully placing leadership roles in creative, production, media, or related industries
- Experience working in-house, executive search firms, or a hybrid model
- Strong understanding of talent landscapes within creative and production environments.
