Overview
🌱Working as part of our Emerging Talent team, you’ll be at the heart of supporting early careers recruitment and programmes.
As an Emerging Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Emerging Talent recruitment and programmes running smoothly. You’ll provide high-quality coordination, administration and systems support across all Emerging Talent activity.
The role focuses on scheduling, logistics, candidate administration, data accuracy and stakeholder support. You’ll work closely with Emerging Talent Recruiters and Resourcers to ensure recruitment processes run efficiently and that candidates and hiring teams have a clear, well-organised experience throughout.
While you won’t be responsible for sourcing, screening or hiring decisions, your role is essential to enabling delivery at scale.
Responsibilities
📌What you'll do
- Coordinating interviews, assessment centres and selection activity.
- Managing candidate communications, joining instructions and assessment materials.
- Keeping candidate data accurate and up to date in our ATS.
- Supporting offer admin and onboarding once decisions are made.
- Organising logistics for events, insight days and outreach activity.
- Maintaining events calendars, trackers and shared inboxes.
- Supporting reporting, data quality and recruitment processes.
- Answering candidate and stakeholder queries and supporting the team during busy periods.
- Representing Publicis at careers fairs and networking events.
