Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative strategy, brand storytelling, and narrative positioning of Publicis Production’s newly launched go-to-market (GTM) proposition and visual identity.
The role will bring to life a unique positioning combining award-winning and Hollywood-level craft with the most advanced agentic and generative AI technology. With only basic visual identity elements in place, the role will need to build it out consistently across all channels and needs, including but not limited to: visual, motion, digital and experiential design.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and commercial impact, and is pivotal in shaping how the company is perceived across markets: through concept development, campaign ideation, and cross-channel storytelling, you’ll ensure proposed creative solutions capture attention and drive preference in the abundant, tech-led, and AI-disrupted content production industry.
You’ll partner closely with product, strategy, and GTM teams to craft compelling creative narratives that articulate company value, differentiate our solutions, and engage global audiences.
The ideal candidate is a creative leader and systems thinker — someone who understands how ideas, design, tooling, and AI workflows come together to unlock speed, consistency, and quality at scale. You are equally comfortable defining a creative vision, shaping new offerings, and collaborating with technologists, strategists, and growth leaders.

Strategic Creative Leadership
• Own the creative vision and storytelling for Publicis Production, developing a strong, differentiating, forward-thinking visual identity and compelling storylines for sizzle videos, product launches, client presentations, and executive narratives.
• Lead ideation for brand campaigns, sales enablement materials, and marketing assets that simplify and amplify complex capabilities.
• Elevate the content curated and edited by the Marketing Content Lead to build our reputation as the Intelligent Content company through consistent, highly visual, impactful and modern design.
• Consistently ensure that in shape, design and style, our content lives up to the highly qualitative content that we produce daily for clients, creating a true showcase of our best capabilities.
• Ensure it is fit for every channel, user within our team, and client.
• Continuously refine the creative framework to adapt to evolving market demands and audience preferences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with growth, business development, product, and technology teams to shape AI-enabled offerings, tools, and platforms.
• Work together with video producers, designers, and marketing leads to ensure creative consistency across all channels.
Campaign Development & Execution
• Translate capabilities into visually compelling narratives and high-impact creative assets.
• Oversee creative production for launch videos, demo storylines, keynote presentations, and sales collateral.
• Ensure creative assets reflect technically accurate tone, voice, and strategic positioning while remaining adaptable for global markets.
Team Leadership
• Guide teams in applying generative AI responsibly, creatively, and consistently within brand and legal guardrails
• Act as a creative authority in new business conversations, helping shape narratives around innovation, efficiency, and growth
• Contribute to the evolution of studio methodologies, workflows, and ways of working around AI-enabled production
• Mentor designers and creatives, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and high standards
Innovation & Differentiation
• Stay on top of industry and design trends and client needs.
• Drive creative experimentation to ensure our creative solutions stands apart from competitors with bold, original ideas and high-quality content.
• Explore emerging creative technologies (AI-driven content, interactive demos, dynamic storytelling formats) to keep ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
Profile
• 8+ years in creative direction, brand storytelling, or marketing leadership, with experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI-powered solutions preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development, brand positioning, and high-impact creative assets across digital channels.
• Expertise in storytelling for technical or complex products, rather than single outputs or campaigns, turning sophisticated capabilities into compelling narratives.
Ability to bridge creative, technical, and commercial conversations with confidence and clarity.
• Deep understanding of brand systems, modular design, and content frameworks for scale.
• Strong understanding of generative AI tools, workflows, and production models (hands-on experience a significant advantage).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent creative tools; motion design or video production background a plus.
• Experience collaborating across product, marketing, and GTM teams in fast-paced, global organizations.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, particularly in new business and innovation contexts.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping teams define the "what" and "how" simultaneously.
• Highly organised, strategic, and able to lead multiple initiatives in parallel.
Nice to have
• Experience building or launching AI-enabled platforms, tools, or internal products.
• Familiarity with automation, content ops, or marketing technology ecosystems.
• Background in motion, video, or dynamic content systems.
• Experience shaping new service offerings or propositions within an agency or consultancy.
• Active interest in emerging creative technologies, side projects, or experimentation.
• Experience crafting narratives for AI or intelligent automation platforms.
