Overview
This is a new client for Zenith International as the result of a recent competitive pitch win. It is a ‘Power of One’ client, comprising the best talent and product offering from agencies across the Publicis Groupe, including creative, production, strategy, technology and media planning and buying. The win represents a significant commercial opportunity for the agency and will provide a platform for talent to learn, grow and progress their careers.
The client is a leader in the international travel and hospitality industry with a significant footprint globally, most notably within Europe and North Africa, offering premium, mid-range and economy solutions for guests. They invest in all digital media across brand and performance and have clear and specific KPIs the agency will be measured against. In order to deliver these KPIs, we need the best talent to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence consistently.
The role offers exposure to a rich mix of cross-regional collaboration, operations and opportunities to shape the future of global client servicing.
The Publicis One Accor Account Director/Project Manager will be a solutions’ driven, skilled and detail-oriented individual, responsible for efficiently managing various tasks and providing essential support to the leadership team, as well as the global network of colleagues. They will assist with day-to-day data entry/QA, reporting, management and updating of multiple online trackers and will help develop the governance and process documentation necessary for the seamless PMO operations and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Publicis One Accor team (POA) to maintain a consistent view of business activity across Global & Regional markets.
- Update and share daily and weekly reports with various internal stakeholders (via emails and Teams channels).
- Attend key stand ups and provide regular status updates and summaries to the Global Client Lead.
- Onboard new users to POA, ensuring regular tracking and documentation in place.
- Provide ongoing support to existing and new users and be the main POC for any Onboarding and Access related issues/queries
- Support with governance, best practice, WOW documentation and roadmaps.
- Support with the creation of central PMO artefacts and material (Comms plan, RACI, SWOT, Gap Analysis, cross-departmental process flows etc.)
- Support with the creating of training material for new and existing employees.
Qualifications
- Strong experience within a media agency environment; global account experience is a plus
- Background in account management and client services
- Familiarity with managing complex global or multi-market client
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
